Sanchoku Wagyu is raised to this philosophy, and blends thoroughbred Japanese wagyu genetics with Australian animal husbandry.
Beyond gastronomy, this meat contains high monounsaturated fats, specifically Oleic Acid, which is linked to improved heart health and cholesterol levels.
It is also high in Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, as well as Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a fatty acid known to assist in fat loss, improve lean muscle mass, and support a strong immune system.
