Directions For Mixing Esbilac Powder: Gently shake or stir one part of powdered Esbilac into two parts of warm water. Do not use a blender.

Directions For Feeding:
Puppies: All puppies should receive their mother's milk for at least two days, if possible. This colostrum milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases.

Warm reconstituted Esbilac to room or body temperature. Feed puppies two tablespoons per four oz. of body weight daily. Small and/or weak puppies should be fed every three to four hours. Larger and/or older puppies can do well being fed every eight hours. Divide the daily feeding amount into equal portions for each feeding. The amount required should be increased or decreased to meet the individual requirements for each puppy.

The Esbilac Natural Puppy Milk Replacer is suited for feeding most puppies. When puppies are old enough to lap, begin offering reconstituted Esbilac in a shallow container. During the third week mix reconstituted Esbilac with Pet Age Puppy Weaning Formula. This will allow the puppy to gradually switch to solid food.

Pregnant and Lactating Dogs: Feed two teaspoons Esbilac powder per five lbs. of body weight daily

Growing Puppies, Show Dogs, and/or Convalescing Dogs: Feed one teaspoon Esbilac powder per five lbs. body weight daily.

Storage: Reconstituted Esbilac may be refrigerated up to 24 hours. Opened powder may be refrigerated for three months.
